Find Your Strong Fitness is the brain-child of Andi O'Connor. It was born out of the belief that everyone should have access to the tools they need to help make positive life changes.

After working in several box gyms as a personal trainer and group instructor, Andi felt that there were too few options and little guidance for people beginning their journeys. She saw trainers using outdated techniques and fad diet myths to push overpriced sessions that didn't foster lasting results or a love for health and wellness

Frustrated but inspired, Andi decided to dedicate herself to giving her clients the best information and motivation she could, so they could discover what "strong" means for them.
